Cooling fan

Does anyone know where I can find the wiring route fo pass side cooling fan? I replaced the fuse and relay, I know fan works (on outside battery) but no voltage at wire connection next to fan. Must be a short in wire between fan and ?......

 

I suppose I could run an external wire to the left side like a jumper or directly to the battery with a switch in order to get it to the shop for its major? Out to be able to skip the flatbed that way....
