Hi, just asking if anyone noted the dimensions of the copper washers in the fuel system / K jet of the 328 (euro, 1986) model?

I have figured out there are four washers of interest:
18 pcs 10260160 M14x10x1 mm (found it as a Fiat part)
    3 pcs 11270160 ??
    3 pcs 113910 ??
    10 pcs 14330260 ??

Since I only have a few dimensions in my garage, the plan is to buy a box of different sizes and I want to make sure I include the washers above in the box.

I found out on a De-lorean page that they use the following types:

M8x11.5 for FD, WUR, cold inj
    M10x13.5 for WUR
    M12x15.5 for fuel pump, FD

There is no info on thickness but I assume 1mm on M8, M10 and 1.5mm on M12. I also guess M8x12 would work instead of M8x11.5.

When refurbishing my system, I plan to take notes on what I find is different or strange.

I wouldn't be too sure that there aren't some errors in the Cu crush washers in those SPC lists -- for example, they show different PNs for US vs. euro for the connections of the injector fuel lines to the top of the fuel distributor, but both use the same banjo bolt, 113670 - and I would've guessed 10x16x1 washers. A 10x14x1 washer would probably physically work, but would be a bit undersized for a 16mm hex bolt IMO. Please do post your notes on sealing washer sizes for reference.

Need to correct myself -- the hex head size of the 113670 banjo bolt is 14mm (so 10x14x1 is correct for that one, and just a bad quicky recollection by me with too short an editing time allowed ;)), but still surprised about the different part numbers being shown for the different versions.

    11270160 is 12x16x1.0
    113910 is 12.25x15.5x1.5
    14330260 is 8x12x1.0

I opened the control pressure line to the WUR, and the washer which was fitted on my car is M10x13.5x0.85 (the two washers had some variations).

I also received the Salvox WUR rebuild kit where they supplied washers of the same size, that is M10x13.5x0.85.

    Thanks to all responses!

Copper washer can be re- annealed. Get them cherry red with propane torch, when they cool they are very soft.
