People should understand that the medical system doesn't operate at 50% capacity just in case there is a huge emergency. More like an average of 90 to 95%, and in many cases way over 100%. How so? Because staff have to work compulsory overtime. Someone I know is in a NON Covid hospital and they are on 70 hours a week. It's just the way it is. Now imagine what that hospital can do if they have a huge influx of Covid patients? Get every one to work 100 hours a week? Nope. They will have to turn patients away. No room in the Inn sorry. Try the stables down the road!
