Why? Because the followers of both of those religions in both states have put religion before community rules and expectations. What's so hard to understand about that. I think all religion is dumb but the Jews in question in Melbourne specifically said they were forbidden from using modern technology to observe whatever was on their religious calendar. Meanwhile the Mufti here in Sydney stated we (the non muslims) need to understand that his people aren't used to following western rules and also wanted clarification that there was no pork in the vaccine. Seriously, how ****ed up is that?
