    Freinds,

I have a long 308 Carb thread going. I cant believe I waited so long to do thsi. I am having fun and seems like I am getting the hang of this. My car has 45-46-47-48 and the WSM says 48mm, but that is for 35-36-37-38. But a trusted friend says that is too high and 50 is the
correct height. I have 4 weber books and they say both too so thats no help. Also in the Haynes manual it shows measuring from the weld, but my pal said that is wrong measure from the inside float shoulder. Any thoughts

    Rob

Check out my other thread I have allot going on.
