    Just a random question -- Does the Corse Clienti program support the 1997 to 2005 Sauber F1 cars? They were Ferrari powered and clearly derived from the Ferrari chassis (at least the later ones were).

    Not that I'm in the market, but I was just curious how the 'customer' Ferrari-engined F1 cars were supported in the aftermarket. After all, maybe in 15 years I'll be eyeing a 2009 Spyker :)

    This doesn't really answer your question, however, we've been to the Corse Clienti division in Maranello on several occasions and have only seen Ferraris in there.

    Good question. I don't really know the answer but I think Peter Sauber keeps all of his cars. Last race of the 2005 season, Peter gave the C24 to Massa as a gift.

    I have seen Corsa Clienti at Mugello several times. Only saw Ferrari F1s. There were vintage Maseratis as well. All the modern cars seemed to be Ferraris. There are a lot of cars at Mugello by the way. A huge set up for "cliente".

    For a price, I'm pretty sure they'd take care of anything with even a hint of relation to the marque. That seems to be their mantra these days.
