Hey guys We have been studying the Kepner-Tregoe decision making process (perhaps some of you are familiar...) in an upper level business class. For a project, we have to basically design a case study that can be used by future classes that utilizes one element of the K-T process. The case can be anything faced by a for profit or nfp business or organization. I was considering doing "cost cutting in F1" The FIA seems to be getting really serious about cost cutting (with all this talk of KERS and standardized engines and whatnot). I frequent F1.com and that will certainly be a good, credible, and reliable source, but i was wondering if you guys knew of any others that could be valuable and trusted sources. I would basically take the problem "cost cutting in F1" and do a decision analysis (consider several alternatives and rank them based on criteria i will have previously developed). I would greatly appreciate any help or information you guys could offer. Thanks
f1.com will have a view and so will the fia site Many sites just trawl for other news stories and this is a fast moving subject (with a big step just today) so a couple of primary reportage sites with possible analysis too sound like they could be useful www.autosport.com www.grandprix.com The Times has Bernie's ear : http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/formula_1/
