I’m sure it’s been asked before what are the costs to make a F1 360 to a gated one, and does it make the car worth more or less and where to get all the parts. thank you
$20k for an aftermarket kit of parts plus cost of fitting (taking you to the $30k mentioned above). Kit is from Gated6, and may or may not be on back order (demand is high, so back order is not uncommon). If you want OEM parts, then the cost may be more or less, but unless you get lucky and stumble on a freshly crashed 360 manual to scavenge a complete set of parts, then it will likely take you a long time to gather all the parts. Agree with above responses, latest full conversion cost from EAG, in their shop is $35k Does it make the car worth more or less? My answer would be, 'Does it matter?' Based on watching Bring A Trailer auctions, GENERALLY, conversions seem to go for price of an F1 plus conversion costs, so investment seems to be preserved. It's all pretty new, so, will they appreciate or depreciate? Time will tell. As for driving experience and overall be edits, etc, personally, I'd say totally worth it. Lots of threads on this
