    I am going to be purchasing a car that has up to date service and maintenance in most areas of the car. However, I believe it still has the original suspension from 1988. I know it will have to be replaced sooner or later, can someone please give me a price that you think I would be able to rebuild it for. My dealer gave me a “ball park” of $4500-$5000. I was hoping it could be done for a lot less than that. Thank you.

    If it aint broke dont fix it. Why would you replace it. Have it looked over throughly--- unless it was used for 4 wheelin, I can;t imagine the whole suspension needs replacing.
