    +1 on Direct Lift.

    I got the Pro 9 plus last year for just under $4k delivered and installed. Needed the extra height to fit the ESV/Denali/Suburban beneath the 360. Fits just perfect. Came with castors, plastic and metal trays. Will eventually get the jack but haven't needed it yet.
