    In 10 years any plebian automaker will be able to make a car go 0-60 under 2 seconds. For cheap.

    Future generations will say "Remember when folks could drive any speed they want on the road?" Crazy!

    Just like folks today say "Remember when we would sit on our pregnant mother's lap with no seatbelt, no airbag, while she was smoking with the windows down?"

    I mean, it wasn't until the 80s you could still legally drink and drive in 26 states. Future generations don't care, and I'm not part of the future generation. So I just follow wisdom from Alfred E. Neuman.

    Why don't we just move this to P&R where we can truly talk about the sonsabitches trying to control every aspect of everyone's lives? We all know, but the conversation will never evolve where everyone is holding back.

    They’ll come for the exotics and luxury cars first before moving on to pedestrian Motorcars. You will have to be an entertainer or of the ruling class to get a car( or private plane etc)as they will be able to offset carbon emissions by buying them from the proletariat.(see Swift,Taylor)
    As for motorcycles they will all become EV scooters
    The Isle of Man TT will become the Totalitarian Torture
