    While I have never used it, it appears that you can add people that you frequently chat with and you can send group PMs and quickly click on their profiles without looking through the members list or looking for a recent post by that member.

    Not being familiar with chat sites in general, I didn't know if a "buddy list" is common knowledge among seasoned surfers. :)

    I added some people and it also shows who is online and who is offline.
