Could you explain a Ferrari to a blind person?

We did a small Ferrari show at COTA before watching an F1 race in the Velocity Lounge, and there was a group of kids from a school for the blind there. Everyone let the kids touch the cars as much as they wanted.

 

Years ago, I did a “Blind” Rally. It was a charity event at an institute in LA. Your navigator was a blind kid, who had to read the rally directions in Braille. It was quite the experience for me, and for the kid I drove. He loved the sound of the car, and as part of the rally we did get to drive through a couple of tunnels. For one of the tunnels, the kid asked me if we could go through again. So we did.

We didn’t win the rally, but had a lot of fun, and I’m sure he will always remember the sounds.
