Not terribly new as a story. I think it was first aired back in December. DC would have made a fine test driver given his experience. And with testing days limited it only makes sense to stock up on experienced test drivers. Who's in Ferrari's test team now anyway? Aside from MS and RB there is Luca and Burti and I think another ex F1 driver they hired back in November.
I guess so. When Gene drove in 2003 to replace RS at the Italian GP, he did great. (5th place) But last year he didn't have the speed. Pizzonia was lot quicker. I'm convinced DC would have been a great Ferrari test driver.
He would be an excellent test driver, but more importantly, with his influence the hotness of the Ferrari pit girls would go up probably around 300%.
good point, DC is a multiple world champ when it come to pulling hotties... I guess you can't be good at everything, right?
