http://www.planetf1.com/story/0,18954,3213_2681045,00.html Looks like Michaels "Little Brother" is trying to make headlines again. God help me!
Or maybe he just wants to get under Massa's skin. Fernando makes comments like this all the time, guess Coulthard just wants some more press and decided to jump on the band wagon.
Why are you talking about Ralf ??? I must admit the thought have crossed my mind a few times. Ferrari is paying KR $50M so it would be better if their pride and joy was leading the cheapie..
Classless and cheap, easy shot for DC to make. He wont be here after next year. If its come to this for him, and his only inputs now are such garbage he needs to be gone. He only need to look towards Mclaren for a soap-opera this year. Dont go away MAD David, just GO away....
Guys, maybe you should go and read the full FIA Thursday press conference! These comments were said for a laugh ! Is all just journalists re-printing comments but out of context!!! http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2007/8/6652.html
These two have some history. Didn't Coulthard grabbed Massa by the throat a few years back over a manouver discussion...?
I find it difficult to believe that Ferrari just forgot to put gas in the car. Maybe if it were one or two people in the pits I would, but how many people are working that car at the same time both in front and behind the scenes? They ALL forgot? Think about it for a second, how many people think fuel? There is at least someone on the computer, at least one guy out by the track, the guy that holds the business end of the pump and the guy holding the hose. You would think that at the very least those last two would be wondering why no one told them to put fuel in the car. For that matter, wouldn't they have to be told NOT to pick up the hose when the car comes in? What about the jack guy at the rear or the right rear wheel guys? Didn't they notice that the fuel rig was absent and wonder what the hell? Too many automatic, like-it-or-not check points involved to be an oversite. But that is just my opinion, I could be wrong...
I wouldn't mess with Ralh, I hear is brother will run you off of the road! or T-Bone you if he is pissed
I have to change the Meds again, I thought the post was about Ralf and not DC, I am truly screwed up. Maybe I should change my status as a Out Patient at the nut house.
At the inaugural Indy F1, I was walking through the infield with friends on the Wednesday prior to the event when we spotted DC and Hak walking the track. There was no one around and the fencing was still quite bare, so we jumped over to ask for autographs. Even though they were with a couple of Indy officials, fortunately no one called security. Both guys spent 10 minutes chatting with us, teasing one another throughout and obliged our request. DC was surprised we recognized him as no one had until that time. Refreshingly humble I thought, but Hakkinen remains my favourite. He told me I had dirt on my sweatshirt and it took me more than a few seconds to realize I was wearing the one with the prancing horse...
Boy does this make sense. Ferrari is trying to win a World Constructor's championship and they punt one of their drivers to help the other get ahead in the Driver's championship, when both have a tough go of it. Even if Alonso or Hamilton have a bad run of luck in the last third of the season, it will be hard for either Ferrari driver to catch the other one. One the other had, if either McClaren driver has a bad run of luck, the only way Ferrari will catch up in the Constructor's championship is to have both cars doing as well as they possibly can. I subscribe to the BS theory.
As they will again once Massa is out of the Ferrari. Oh wait, at the last race he actually was fighting for 13th place. IN the Ferrari....
Not quite: He screwed up his qualifying lap and that's why he came in for a splash'n'go. Without his mistake, he would have advanced into Q1.
