looking at the pics and vids from Curated's recent countach rally - i was pleasantly surprised to see how the annys looked surrounded by the earlier cars...and i have to say at first i thought i would cringe but in reality not only did the annys hold their own i wld say they looked even better than when not surrounded by earlier countaches. was very surprised and it was rather intoxicating. for a long time I've regretted not getting an earlier car but after those videos, I'm ecstatic to own an anny!
Its a work in progress (slow)trying to do a favorable trade from my line of work(owner is a customer). No worries, guys are waiting 4 years on their Countach restoration, i have time. Have plenty of cars as is. If it falls trough, its ok also. But thanks for asking. Would be cool to get it.

Very true statement- the Anniv cars really did look great on the rally and “hold their own” when surrounded by all the other models.. they looked great and all of them behaved. They always look so much better in person than in pictures. In person the little details don’t scream like in a picture.. the car just looks, “smoother”. I am a fan. gotcha! I have been going back in fourth in my mind about selling or keeping my CT. I think to myself....self, is this the time to sell? or do I wait? I think of the price I would like to get which is less than the one you posted. Anyone want to give me advise? If I do decide to sell I would want the least hassle sale(im sure this is what everyone wants) Nothing is forcing me to sell, Just thinking out loud.
I have contemplated the same thing since buying the car in 09. I wld have remorse had i sold it. Im going to send mine to curated for some love and polo storico (round 2 lol). So i say keep her!
I sold my QV and will keep my 25th. I absolutely love the Anny cars and like seeing the value creep up. They are the best driving variant made and if you don’t have to sell then keep it!
These sentiments are why I started this thread all those years ago. A 25th likes to be pushed, hard, and then you see why it's a great driving car.
I looked at Joe's posts of Anniversary Countachs for sale but out of all of them, there are currently only 4 Anniversary's available for sale in the US, the others are for sale outside the US and some are right hand drive examples.. One of the four examples in the US has over 22,000 miles on it with a $600,000 asking price so if someone were looking for a low mileage example this might not fit their bill.. I am also not sure if the Anni for sale listed at $425K at Walt Grace Museum is still available but I will call tomorrow and check. Most ad sales mention that 657 Anniversaries were produced but fail to mention that there were only 165 Fuel Injected versions sent to the United States with I believe another 12 sent to Canada in 1989/90. In my opinion, they are rare and I love the look.
Just to update, the Anni Countach that was for sale at Walt Grace sold. I believe it was at or close to ask but maybe someone could chime in that knows for certain.
