Most common in late 5000S to early 86 Downdrafts was the Alpine 7148L with Alpine 6240 speakers.
Would be great if any Anniversario owners with stock stereos and speakers could please post photos of the hardware and manuals in the ancillaries thread. Good for everyone’s benefit if more people share.
Guys, you have to remember, in today's age of obsession over what is "correct", people are reinventing what was actually used for many cars, as I've pointed out, there was random application of Alpine components during production, obviously for logistical reasons, therefore, what's correct for one car, may not be correct for another, you literally have to know what your car came with to be precise, otherwise there are 2 or even 3 models that can be "correct" and can't be labelled as 'wrong'.
Thanks for contributing to that thread. The purpose of that thread is to educate and broaden understanding so that we can have a greater appreciation of what were the correct ancillaries for particular variants. In the case of the Anniversary, given that a few different stereos seemed to be originally outfitted, it’s nice to determine which Alpines they are so owners who may be looking for one will know which to hunt for, even if they can’t be certain which one was originally in their car. It’s an understandable quest for some to want to reverse modifications correctly. The more correct information shared with the community, the better. If anyone can share photos of other stock Alpines in your 25th, that would be great. Have a great Christmas.
After 30 years with it's original owner the one-and-only Arancio 25th has found a home with a young enthusiast who is using for the purpose for which it was intended, Bravo Giles. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Same - mine has the "correct" Alpine unit in it as far as I can tell, and I've never even switched it on - why would you. My Diablo radio is a bit flakey, but I always turn it off anyway. Only reason I want to refurb that is I do like having built in nav, so I have someone who can retro-fit modern pieces in the old housing so it looks original, but it will become Apple CarPlay compatible, bluetooth for the phone etc - will be nice. My Ferrari 328 has this awful JVC unit that has Pandora and Satellite etc but it's switched off as well. Horrible thing I should get rid of. It goes into demo mode occasionally where it flashes all sorts of colors like a disco.
I use my radio a lot as I often commute in my Countach so get stuck in traffic - or at least I used to back in the days when people went to offices everyday! I have modern system hidden in the car and you can flick between the original radio and the new sound system by flicking a hidden switch. The original Alpine also runs through the new amps for a far better sound. So either I can play music via my phone or flick the switch and relive the early 1990's listening to old Guns N' Roses cassettes . Everything is fully reversible if I ever want to put it back to 100% stock.
I just about daily my Countach too, I just prefer to listen to the car. But then also I guess I'm not a massive music fan. At home I barely have the radio on - in fact, usually only to mask the noises the wind makes that freak my dog out. I enjoy music and have Martin Logan Electrostat speakers at home for my audio system, I just don't listen to it that often.
my 328 gtsi had the first Alpine cd changer, i bought the car new in 88,then had the alpine unit installed immediately , it worked ok,but skipped now and then, anyway back then i enjoyed listening more while driving, but that car was very tame and boring, needed some loud AC/DC to spice things up(Cliff ,base player in AC/DC is part of my group of friends) The Countach is soo full of life and personality, noises and just pure excitement , no radio needed.

While I can’t say 25ths are my favorite Countach variant (I have my favorite), I’ve always been very fond of them. I especially like the rear panel and taillight treatment Pagani did. It’s a stunning car.
God id love to see this go for the ask https://www.motorcarclassics.com/1989-lamborghini-countach-c-696.htm
Just under 57,000KM. I've not driven it as much in the last 18 months. It would be over 60,000 by now if we didn't have this pandemic.
