Emilio, perhaps this is the car, Swiss-registered AG.9405.U Although Bobnar owned several 25ths and this one is not a special color. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for sharing. I have a note which shows it lived in Leemes. Now in Holland. Nice 25th & 30th Anniversario portrait from Mark Smeyers. The Countach looks small compared to the Diablo. Image Unavailable, Please Login

From the recent video & shoot at the factory. The Aventador is a bit bigger than the 25th! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Every Countach is between these two, and I'd take either. The evolution of the Countach is a fascinating thing, and it covers a few eras along the way. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Another 25th & 30th portrait. Perhaps we will see more of these at the 50th this year. Image Unavailable, Please Login

October 1988, Road & Track's premier European tester examines the new 25th Anniversario. The full article is scanned here. He sold the car some years ago, but it had no special colour, and most likely the same cams like mine has. It has a permatune ignition box because the MM broke, he had also a white/white and black/magnolia 25th both imported from Cali.
Hi Joe, probably the seat could have been lowered I guess - It was in the same shop as mine and I got in it for a "feel" - did not know that it could be lowered.
Yes, in fact I do remember both those cars (!), they came from Tony Carlini the Newport Beach concessionaire, Lamborghini Pacifica. In fact, Lee Iaccocca was dragged into a lawsuit over Carlini's favorable allocation of Countach 25ths, including Iaccocca's own cars. http://articles.latimes.com/1989-12-07/business/fi-492_1_newport-auto-center I did some guessing as best as I could and I figure that about 30 USA 25th have travelled abroad.
They are truly awesome, but the mixed feelings towards the variant is understandable. But as they say, things always change over time. Menacing in Nero. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I do believe this car sold for in excess of $200k in the UK, but the same conditioned car in the USA might be $130 - $140k. All it needs is an Ansa F1 sport exhaust. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
yes indeed...really sexy in nero. the value proposition seems obvious and the general condition of the 89's seems better but you would know better than i. is it really possible to get a truly "as new" 89 for $130ish?
Well, they would certainly be "asking" more, and you'd have to do your homework with inspections to ensure the car in question is all that, etc. I don't think their values will change much upcoming, but for now I think $130k to $140k might buy a nice car, fully serviced, original & nice paint & interior, all original books & tools etc. but they pop up infrequently so you have to be ready & waiting.
