Checking the part number, these head gaskets are for a QV engine not a 5000S, although the 5000S gaskets do look like like these.

You're correct, I didn't check the numbers but my intention was to show how the gaskets look like.

I know I don't post here often but Emilio has always been a stand up guy with me. He always does EXACTLY what he says he's going to do. Always very responsive to e-mails. I have never ever heard one bad word.

After reading this thread I would rather not post so it can fall off the main page but I must defend Emilio as others have done.

I had many dealings with Emilio and have always had 100% great experience!

This should have been handled privately...

    Guys,

The thread creator/owner Scoraf has asked us to stop talking about his experience with Emilio ... lets move on. Point has been made.

Nobody is perfect. I personally find getting parts out of Italy simply impossible, so impossible that I don't bother ... rather have something made. Anyway lets move on ...

PSk I see what tour saying and I would hate to see Scorfa get mad and leave. But IMO Scorfa came out on Emilio. Nameche then says he refunded $ and got no parts back.

I cant read Scorfa's post #237 responding to Nameche. Will someone translate it? Babelfish aint perfect.

I dont know any of the people involved.

Scorfa i have loved seeing your progress. And hope you continue.

I love all restorations, but you gotta give the "passion" type of restoration a big thumbs up.

Scoraf, (I think this was mentioned in previous pages) You have a few nice restoration projects in the back ground. I can only imagine people try to get a glimps into your garage to see what projects your working on now.

Your getting there, one tedious job at a time! Keep doing each small job perfectly and the finished product will be phenomenal.

pics, pics, pics........I can't get enough of this.

    HI ,
i dont understand all , but i think you want i continu to talk about my restaure .

no inquiet GURSLO , all is perfect , the preparation boby before paint is very delicate . i need 3 month after job and week end .
Another complication , is my garage beging to small for all my car , and i need deal with my wife "dont paint today , i must washing clothers ( its verity ) , i sayed " tomorrow your string shall dry ? , i need paint , uffffffffffffffff , and some time the clothers are small ,,,, color , joke .
Ok and i finish to paint in nero the original color my countach , but , sorry , i dont like !
why ? because i dont see all "forme" the body , i see only a great black package , and here with temperature always 30°c , dust , etc,,,,,, i prefere change color ,but lambo color , no tunning ,and the nero is perfect to see the last problem on body , and i can make the last correction before the definitive color

Also, why not paint frame when everything was off?

    Hi Scoraf,
I did a "google search" for "countach wheel alignment" this is one of the threads that popped up. Still, double check for your best answer.
I'm enjoying all of your hard work from my computer screen.:)

    http://www.*********************/vbforum/f43/4-wheel-geometry-figures-countach-11070/

edit, sorry I can't get the link to work, try this website

    l*a*m*b*o*r*g*h*i*n*i*t*a*l*k.com

GO TO.. countach section...thread title...4 wheel geometry figures for a countach

This should be close to the top of the "unpinned" threads, as I bumped it to resurrect it.

NO pb Christian, je suis / Aix.

    ;-)
