I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post the photos but according to eurospares they’re slightly different. I have the stock exhaust in storage.
Emilio, unfortunately I’m still quite ill. However, I’ve confirmed that they are most certainly different systems. They’re interchangeable, both featuring 2 cats etc, but the design is slightly different.
Nice to meet you and your family today. Beautiful Countach you have. The crowd just stopped whatever they were doing when you rolled in. Proves that no matter the model a Countach is a Countach and always a show stopper
Thanks, my daughter Ella and her cousine Jacob really liked your Testarossa, honestly, the nicest one ever,in my recollection, perfect, and sounded amazing , i can only imagine what your Countach looks like. Can not waith to see it. Next time you come down,we need to do some boating in the 1000,s of hp category, not Countach, but lots of fun.
The only carburator left in the marine industri, would be on the scooter/moped taking me from the boat to the bar,at the marina.

Anyone lowered their car to more of an early Euro ride height? My car has new springs from George Evans which he said would settle over time, they havent and the car sits a little high. Now that Im in AZ, and the roads are much better Id like to lower it a little bit. Also want to update the cooling fans to the more powerful versions for the warm AZ summers. Any other acceptable mods anyone has done?

I currently have a Painted intake plenum that I want to put back to factory specs. Can you guys let me know if it would be all raw cast aluminum, are the lines and script polished? Would you seal the plenum so it doesn’t oxidize? Any info would be great
Both the plenums and the runners are done with a wrinkle finish, which can often look flat over time with heat. Lamborghini never did any polishing with the script to my knowledge and definitely didn't polish the lines.

We just bought a second QVFI and I spent time driving it every day this week. Wow, as a downdraft owner for more than 20 years, I’ve got to say I’m incredibly impressed with the fuel injected Q.V. when the Q.V. is perfectly tuned it’s a rocket ship, but it’s not always that way.the FI model is still very fast, and is so effortless. We now have two QVFI cars, and after I finish some improvements, I’ve decided I’m going to use it as a daily driver for a time. More than a month. The more time I spend with the QVFI the more I really like it. It really has advantages, and when you consider the price discount I’m beginning to think this is really a great choice.
