Its the best car if you’ve fallen out with your wife as you can’t hear her Saying that, if we are using Daisy to tour ( you know, long miles !!) , then i slip the aviation headsets and battery intercom into the cab. Handy to talk to madam as she is the chief navigator. For those with sharp eyes, you’ll see my David Clark set hanging on the seat during a trip to Reims some time ago. Mind you, I do have a straight through exhaust on mine. Offensive is not the word Rob
I guess with the current state (total restoration needed) the seller can be happy to get half(!) of the asking price... Recently the red over white S3 of swiss Lambo club founder Ferrari (no joke) sold for 330k chf - one owner car with authentic Patina - this nightmare in Geneva is far away from that state. Current owner see cars advertised for 500k or more and think they could make money of their old, bad maintained cars. But the market is very realistic - perfect cars will achieve a incredible price - like 1121316 or the Rame Colorado 400s (1098?) - but cars with need of restoration will only sell with the restoration costs as discount - end of the story.

Continuing the discussion about the need for a good book on the Countach, one based on experience throughout the variant range and actual facts (as opposed to speculation & opinion), since the Countach is the car that kept Lamborghini alive post-Miura, would anyone be interested in seeing it include the company's balance sheets throughout the years as they underscore the fortunes of our beloved car? 1972 Image Unavailable, Please Login

Stunning example Joe, Fully restored? Which yellow is that? Are my eyes deceiving me or is it a highly metalic paint?
It was mostly original, never restored just cared for, so-so nice paint, beautiful interior, it had @ 3,000 original miles on the clock, no-metallic standard LP400 paint.
It was the factory launch color for the LP500, and the LP400 featured on the owner's manual cover and factory literature was in this color so it captured the imagination over the years, it's a classic livery for the variant.
