If you went to the last SEMA, you might have seen a commercial I did (or better worded was in) for Alumna trailers. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice. Stopping traffic in Düsseldorf this past weekend according to the poster. FWIW, Munich is less than 400 miles from Düsseldorf if I recall correctly, in the Countach he could do it in @ 4 hours even if he stopped in Frankfurt Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think 5 hours are more reasonable but yes! My thought was more concerning the registration. AFAIK it was previously registered in Munich and now in Düsseldorf. A close friend of mine, residing in Düsseldorf sold it to someone in Munich years ago. So it looks like it came back to Düsseldorf (not to my friend)
Joe, well, you are over-optimistic. Its a 6-7 hrs trip from Munich to Düsseldorf incl. all jams! If you do it in a Countach then you are ...eh..."well done"! I know what I am talkin`about!
Walter I'm confident that if I called you from Munich and said I have $100,000 waiting for you which you had to claim in 4 hours, and you were driving the black Countach you test drove for us from Düsseldorf, you'd be there in time, with a few minutes to spare
Joe, not possible for $100k..... Well, I drove the black Countach as it should be driven when the roads are free. Not my fault that there was a fainted heart sitting on the co-driver`s seat!
Oh Italy. Beautiful unmolested LP500S which I've posted earlier in the thread Image Unavailable, Please Login
My restoration goes ahead... I have a original LP400 LH sliding glas and would need one for my 86 QV!?
