More stuff are not original when you pay attention, like the injectors and the fuel ramp alimentation, others hoses, for me it's a mess...The widow & her mechanic contacted me last year because I was on the previous owner list, in order to know if I can be interested to buy it back. Engine was not running, they show me many documents as well as proving purchase of marine engine from HM Engineering (previous Lambo Importer before Hessing in Belgium). It was too much modified to catch my attention anymore. It's a pity to see how my Countach became...

What you may notice is the engine height on the back shoot pic...reason why they bought the US engine cover to fit it, as well as the 2 air scoop that are modified too...

I noticed all of this, but with the injected intake manifolds you must use the US engine cover, this doesn't indicate it's a marine engine at all. As everybody here who doesn't know these engines only from the outside mentioned it looks like a regular 25th engine, nothing else, not a spacer nor a bigger block can be seen.
Believe us, we can distinguish between a CT and diablo engine, obviously the marine engine looks completely different when you follow the link to my homepage.

I fully agree, it's a shame what they did with your former 25th.

...LP400S lowbody or DD QV :) (LP400 is too expensive at the moment imo)

p.s. your countach looked pretty sweet in the not original emerald green :)

If you know a good running & cheap LP400S lowbody... needing a paintjob...then I can have it resprayed again, not in emerald green this time...but like Neldo's LP400 original "Rio Verde", pretty neat too...

It is also a very creative shape from a design study perspective. It is a series of varied trapezoidal shapes from all angles. I noticed that when I was washing and waxing mine. They don't make cars like these anymore!

No and I'm sorry, I should have clarified that. I have an '85 LP5000s but you can see the different trapezoidal shapes if you look at either car from different views. You can see it on the LP400 more so than on mine bcause of the purity of the shape minus the fender flares and the rear wing.
