    Sometimes it's not all bad if a repainted car was not brought down to metal.....It's always nice to sand down and discover the original color.

    Very true, a sympathetic approach should be taken with stripping, in some cases you'd don't even have to strip, the original paint is hiding under seals and panels, that's how we discovered the true Bordeaux Speciale of the Mimran Downdraft.
