The age old vintage car dilemma. Yes, he could left the line harder and focused on the race, but he was just having fun. The Diablo would still win though. A Diablo would beat a dd too. My neighbor's Tesla with a load of groceries, 2 kids in the car seats & McDonald happy meal boxes on the floor would beat all of them. Flame continued.
Of course speed doesn’t matter outside of the context for which the car was meant.. they were fast for their day and that’s all that matters. Nobody cares about an electric “whatever” car that will be in the junkyard in 7 yrs. It was a fun video..looked like a fun race.
Any good running diablo would beat an original good running countach it is just more powerfull and younger...countach will always look better on the other hand!

Hi guys, I'm trying to identify this Luci del Bosco/Tobacco LP400 periscopa with "S" flares. Pictures are from 1980, ILOC meeting in Germany. Hubert Hahne stickers. My best guess is that it is 1120296, original Luci del Bosco/Tobacco, original ordered by Achilli in Milano but that car was in Japan already very early, we think. Now the ILR has on 1120296 : Brown Metallic/Tobaco with LP400S style fender flares. Was in Japan, now Pedro Rubio, Houston, Texas, USA. Does anybody ever seen pictures of that car owned by Pedro Rubio, or know this person perhaps?
