Judging from the dented front underside of the car, I think frontal contact has caused the bumper to drop on the driver's side.
Great news! Looking forward to hearing more of it! Thanks for sharing. Is the "CH" sticker an indication about a might-be link with Rossetti/Leimer?

Bianco/Bianco LP500S featured in the November 1982 issue of CAR magazine in a truly epic piece entitled "The Power & The Glory". By this point Patrick Mimran's Nuova Automobili Lamborghini SPA had successfully launched the Countach in 5-liter form. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I believe it was used in the famed Pirelli P7 Ad in which Giampaolo Dallara refers to the Pirelli P7 as "The greatest single breakthrough in motoring history" in a quote in January 1978. Image Unavailable, Please Login
cool ad with that wonderful wolf like flares without the rear wing... was it featured in any other mags besides "car"? how did this car fit in between the 4 other wolf cars? would the timing would be after the red and before the blue wolf specials?
I've only ever seen it in print in CAR magazine, I'll defer to Victor on the production date as I'm not in a place where I can look, but I do know its a 1975 LP400.

Rudolf's Countach is the ex-Spazzapan's "LP 500 SS" (whatever that means) chassis #1120188. Image Unavailable, Please Login
It appeared briefly in the Aussie magazine "Modern Motor" in March 1977, with a 1-page article/test from Henry Nehrybecki who saw it in December 1975 while visiting the factory. After the red and before the blue wolf specials, yes. Here's more: That LP400 S "muletto" was originally a standard LP400 built circa June / July 1975, a little before Wolf's second Countach #1120148. Howerver, it is the red Wolf Countach that was modified first into a "LP500 S" in August 1975 by Ing. Gianpaolo Dallara. The factory soon understood Wolf's "private prototype" would lead to the future Countach S, that was originally planned for 1976, alongside the LP400 production. Late 1975, this factory "Countach S muletto" had a 5L engine (even more powerful than the special engine in Wolf's Countach) and was the very first Countach to get modified parallel suspension links. Lack of funds for further development made the factory produce only 3 more of these "Countach Speciale" to VIP customers in 1976: #1120188 for Mr. Spazzapan, #1120202 for Mr. Wolf, and #1120222 for Mr. Silvera.
The "500 SS" is simply a figment of Achilli Motors' imaginative customization, simply call it "500" and it speaks to a 5-liter engine, add another "S" badge and it becomes more special, it literally meant nothing at all, and for all the wishful thinking, a proper production 5-liter engine had to wait till the Mimran era. That said, Mardikian in the USA did the same thing using twin S badges. Both turned upside down... Image Unavailable, Please Login
