I think I have to go back and buy a few more pies.

Baked the Marion Berry pie for Father's day, impressed Mom and Dad.

Mom says they sell them fully prepared at QFC or as a kit that you can make at home. Then again, that drive may not be as much fun.

The QFC pies taste too sweet.

I think a "Pie Run" or "Drive for Pies" would be fun. There are some great twisty roads around the Farm. Just have to remember to secure the pies properly on the way home.

I yield to your discerning pie expertise (chuckle).

Good point on a great location for driving roads and at the Remlinger event I was asking other club members about the cops' presence in the area.

Oh, I'm far from a pie expert. I've purchased similar pies from QFC and it's definitely sweeter. I'll have to buy a few more to compare (and likely gain 20 pounds).

There's a police station in "downtown" Carnation with 2 patrol cars. At this time of year, one usually sit on the roadside just after the bridge from the Farm with a radar gun.
