Not true. My dealer gave me an FF to drive for 2 weeks as a courtesy. They would have given me an F12 if I wanted but I wanted the FF

Happens to me all the time in Switzerland. Last one was an FF when my F12 was at the dealer. Also had a Cal T and others. It's called courtesy.

I think so. Wouldn't be my choice but for a courtesy car I have absolutely no complaints.

Oh I am sure they know very well what they are doing. I was already borderline before. Now it's a done deal. My next Ferrari is an F12.. FACT!

How do you compare the F12 to the FF?

The mental image of someone coming in with a F12 and leaving with a Fiat 500 made me LMAO :)

Well first impressions is that it feels lighter and more nimble. I was a bit surprised with the exhaust note, I expected it to be louder than the FF but it's actually quite different from what I had in mind. The FF exhaust sounds like it has more bass especially at lower RPM and then becomes more high pitched as you accelerate. The F12 sounds a bit more like a race car but the noise comes later (and higher RPM) than I expected. I think it could use a bit more bass sound at the low end but the noise at speed makes up for it and then some.

I don't think you need me to tell you that it's faster than the FF, I assume you already know that :)

I really wanted to be able to say with 100% certainty that the FF is a better daily driver but at least for where I leave I had no issue with the F12 doing my daily routine. Boot space is much smaller obviously so that's a minus.

Bottom line is that it's a fantastic car and I would be lying if I said that I wouldn't buy one. I probably will. Soon.

But I still love my FF.
