    Do any of the Speciale owners here find their original car cover a bit small? Well mine doesn't fit very well especially in the front bumper area. One side of the car stays open all the time :(

    Any good 3rd party covers for the Speciale?

    I just ordered a Customweave Indoor Car Cover from California Car Cover. Contact Monty at 800-423-5525 Ext 147. He will be able to help you. They have the pattern for the Speciale and can make you a beautiful cover which comes in multiple colors. Also, since I am using this cover indoors I asked them not to install the grommets for cable securing applications and I also requested that they do not put their company logo on my cover. Best of luck...

    P.S. My car cover for the Speciale that was provided by Ferrari fits perfectly, perhaps you were provided a 458 cover!

    Mine also fits perfect... But I heard of some other guys complaining about too small covers...

    Mine fits perfectly as well. If it's too tight in the front; as stated by Hackercraft, it is probably a 458 italia cover.
    Try asking your dealer to swap out for the proper cover.

    Mine fits perfectly. I received my speciale in October. Simply ask your dealer for a new cover.

    I guess I've got an Italia cover since I've had one of the early Speciales delivered in March

    Mine is February, so delivery might not be the issue...

    I've checked with my dealer and it appears that there might be 2 different versions. First one is mine that's small for the car. Second one is another Speciale's cover that fits just fine. Notice that they have different numbers.

    Whenever you have the time, could you please check your Speciale's cover label number and post here. Thank you so much...

    I think the numbers on those cover labels are serial #'s and not product numbers. So I dont think I'll get nowhere with these. Maybe there are some tolerance issues or maybe my car is bigger :)

    I'll try other covers at the dealer and see what happens

    After trying out several covers at my dealer, I can say that there are small covers and there are fine fitting covers for the Speciale. I guess these smaller covers belong to Italia and they were put into Speciales in the factory I don't know for what reason.

    So, if you think your Speciales cover is just too small or very tight to fit, ask your dealer to give you the correct one.

    My thought is keep the OEM cover pristine as they are easy to get beat up.

    The website says they don't have one yet for the Speciale though- I would contact them and see what they can do.

    the Coverking Autobody Armor is a great cover but I called and they don’t actually have a pattern for Speciale - only Italia and spider. Are there any other 3rd party covers that have a Speciale pattern for an outdoor cover?

    @tubedreamer It's the same cover as the regular 458. Coverking Satin Stretch is what you want for an indoor cover.

    I called Coverking and they said the front of the pattern is a little too small so it’s not quite the same. The oem Italia cover for example is too small to fully pull down to cover the front bumper/splitter

    @tubedreamer Meant to write 488. Same Ferrari part number for both cars.
