I cracked one of the exhaust donut seals installing it in place. Should I replace it? No picture now as I'm on my phone. I can provide a picture later.
Did you crack the donut or one of the clamps or flanges? The donuts aren't as easy to break as the cast stainless parts. The clamp pictured is one of the Hill Engineering ones that Ricambi sells. Not likely to break. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Replace for sure, if the gasses start to escape they can erode the crack and create a 1500F fire hazard.
Found out something interesting tonight. After removing the donut I broke it apart and come to find out it really wasn't cracked just a line of where it connected to itself could be seen. Basically the gasket is a coil of metal and where it joins itself a line had formed. I don't think it had an effect on the integrity of the gasket and it would have function as intended but at this point it was too late as I had destroyed it. I will just have to get another tomorrow. Here are a couple pics the first one is what they look like in one piece and then what it looks like when I am done playing. I wish I would have gotten a pic of the supposed crack but I was already set to replace it so I was just tearing it off. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ah, I see what you did there. Yes, a good one looks like aluminum foil shrink wrapped over a rough wax or wood form. Check the cross reference sticky on where to find them locally for allot less than the dealership.
