I have a cracked sealed beam lamp on my Dino. I assume (?) that it's a Carello but could be a Cibie. Anyone know where to get an exact match. The only markings on the lamp are the "C" plus a "201" across the top of the glass and "Bulb Type Sealed Beam" across the bottom of the glass.

    Thanks

It looks like a US approved sealed beam, as it is DOT. If you want to retain that look, just buy two new sealed beams. If you would prefer better lighting, maybe you can try Hella for a reasonable price or Carello on e-bay or other sources, for not so reasonable $. Originality, my guess, would dictate any sealed beam of the older persuasion. Are you showing it? If not, well then...

That's not original to the car.

US cars came with Westinghouse lamps, which are no longer manufactured. I have seen another brand on these, just can't recall it at the moment.

I don't recall the lamp number, but if you can get it, (URO, you have a couple spares, maybe you can provide the number from the box?) they are available pretty regularly on ebay, where I bought several for about $3-4 each.

IF you buy them from a Ferrari guy, they'll cost you quite a bit more.

    Good hunting.

Car guy swap meets yield 6014 or 6024 model headlights for under $10 each and they're direct replacements. I just broke one of my Wagner H6014 headlights from a solid hit by a rock and am glad I had one of these in my spares stock. The last time I broke a Carello it really hurt as those are expensive.

Note: Next time I install a pricey headlight (Carello, Marchal, etc) I'll put 3m Clearbra type over the outside lens to protect it.

Wow! A month ago I bought a lot of 12 new Wagner headlamps off Ebay for $20 which included shipping. Keep looking. These come up all the time for a lot less than $70.
