Crackle and humming when off gas cali

Hello everyone

I have the following problems with my 2010 Cali with 43,000:

When I accelerate over 5,000 rpm, it accelerates strangely and there is a jerking noise.

Today, when I accelerated, the engine control light flashed and beeped.

The car was in the workshop 2 months ago and the following parts were replaced:

SPARK PLUG
IGNITION COIL

This is the latest problem.

It also hums whenever I take my foot off the accelerator at 100-120 km/h. First it crackles slightly and then there is a humming noise. If I keep my foot on the accelerator, the humming or crackling does not occur.

The car has just been serviced and now has 43,000 km on it. The service was carried out at the Ferrari dealer a week ago.

Does anyone know the problem?
