355 Craigslist $30k f355

I really don't get how/why these guys do this? How on earth is that heap of lard worth 22k? I mean what do you think that thing could possibly be worth in parts? 10? 15 max?

That has newly rebuilt engine and fixed stickies a source tells. I was bidding on it but not at that level.
I could fix that car and have the parts to do it but not at that price.

No I have another red spider that's burnt in the back but the front is super clean

 

15-20K easy for the drive line complete with electronics ?

 

This is a great story, how have I missed it until now? Not to pester you, but can we at least have a few more pictures? Just to see what you're working with?

 

Definitely a lot of good parts. The blue car is worth making it a good driver,for sure.

 

I hope to get to it this Saturday and will post pictures.

I dont think its the tranny. I have a spare one of those also currently trying to see what the issues is and if its big enough, will convert it to manual

Seems to have reappeared in Canada with only 43,000 miles now and claiming to be a Fiorano

I believe the ad is talking about certain upgrades using fiorano parts. Nothing wrong with those improvements. Buyers should do due diligence on all the other items / history.

Which isn't that bad. Amazes me how many people look at Canadian and Australian ads and then freak out at the price--

 

If that’s the vehicle I once owned then I can vouch the miles were in the 60ish. I don’t have the vin with me to check

for sure wouldn’t want to put a bummer in someone’s sale as if that’s not the car I’ve owned.
