    Doug,
We set it at the following:
    Switch#1 OFF
    #2 ON
    #3 &#4 OFF
And used OUT #2 Standard Tach output signal. This works out great, and proved to be smooth and accurate on the Dyno last Saturday. Unfortunately the day didn't go a planned du to a filter plugging up made getting the fuel mixture impossible. So In spite of our best offerts, we didn't get the testing done that was planneed. Brand new filter too! I guess some days go like that, damnit.
I wonder if in all of the different tries, you may have done some damage to the internals. Perhaps it may be best to send it back for testing.

Summit Racing has shipped me what they claim to be two Marelli Pertronix kits, I'll know in a couple of days when they get here.

I finally got my Pertronix MR-142 kits last week, but they won't work exactly as-is, as the mag collar is a little too small to fit over the S-159B's points cam. I talked to one of their tech guys today and gave him the measurements that I need, and he gave me a part number for a Lucas collar that should work with only a little modification. I am going to order a couple of those collars and try it with those. Assuming that the Lucas collar works, it won't be very hard to make the other changes to get two units in one distributor, as the pickup modules are very small. I am going to call Summit tomorrow to order the other collars, but it will probably be another week or two before I get them and get to start putting the whole thing together.

If someone can get me the points cam dimensions from an S-158 distributor, I can tell you the kit's collar will work, or iif you will need a different collar like the Lucas one.

I also have an MSD and the dizzy is reading double. From what I am reading it may be better just to have the Tach sent to Palo Alto. Have you guys had good experiences with them?
