    will a 328 crankshaft fit a carb-308 engine?

    Yes but the pistons must be replaced with the pin location being altered to accommodate for the additional stroke.

    Not only is that possible but the same can be done with a 360 crank.

    Does the 3.2 crank need machining like the 3.6 crank?

    I believe it may be a simpler swap then the 360 which requires a little machining on the end.
