Seems I'm a little late to the "party" here as I didn't catch this thread until now, but I wanted to chime in and offer my support as well. I'm not sure what set you off Daniel, but let cooler heads prevail. I can say my dealings with Ricambi have been very friendly and professional so I'm baffled why this thread exists. I don't' know if this is the case Daniel, but sometimes you can try your best to do everything right and it still doesn't help. You just got to wait for another day. I hope tomorrow is better.
Daniel, sorry about your bad experience but sometimes you have to "fire" customers. There are a small percentage of people out there that will never be happy no matter what you do for them. They are more trouble than they're worth.
Just found this thread this morning. Daniel I feel for you. Don't let the actions of one get you down. There are always going to bad days but the good days are better. Mechanics take a big beating too. I've had some real problem people at the shop. Imagine smog checks for the public. I could tell you some stories! Anyways I need more parts and I think you have a pretty strong support group here! Congrat's Pap. A week hey. I'll bet you wont even miss us
Daniel, you are an asset to the Ferrari community! Although much easier said than done, do not let a customer ruin your day for all the good things that you do for us! Hang in there, another day will bring good fortunes for you! On a side note, what would it take to piss you off that would cause you to have a fire sale 348 parts and accessories ....kidding of course
I'm even later to the party, but I have received personal service from Daniel that is nothing short of incredible. I'm now at a point where I've logged close to 17 years on various auto boards, message groups etc of the many brands of cars I've owned. In each one of those, there were suppliers, vendors etc who tried to participate and help the community. Of all those experiences, Daniel and Ricambi are by a LONG SHOT the best. I can't believe anyone would have treated you poorly Daniel.
