    Hey, chaa!!!!!!!!! It's got to hurt a mite bit worse today, so remember - ice for 1st 24 hours, then heat. If you don't, well, I'll just have to come over there and kick your arse.

    Seriously - you know the ice/heat drill, so *points, wags finger* get on it. Tell boss-man to do the same. I can't imagine reading something much worse - for your kids sake, especially.

    How many times did the truck flip after you gave it the heave-ho, anyway?

    Hey Wax! In fact i had a crap nights sleep last night. We had a doctor come see me becourse the pain was so bad and my arm was now going black (well blacker). What in fact i have done was broke the bone of the end of my elbow. So to hospital i went and had it F#cked about with and set. Right now its 11.30am in Portugal and it hurts like **** and i feel bloody grumpy.

    A decent sleep will offset some of that grumpiness, but still... Damn, man. Glad you got that set. Did they give you painkillers?

    About two weeks ago, I was in Viana do Castelo and saw a magnificent 360 Spider from GB (rhd). Was it your car? (license plate: YN03 AAJ)

    Took some pictures (but files are too large).

    Glad you got out the crash undamaged (for life), This pain will go away, when you had worse damage on your body (for life) that would be hell !!!

    Know this is a bit strange, but will the write of 360 soon be for sale.
    Maybe I will be interested, It depents the price and the damage.

    BTW Get better soon from the broken bones !!! :)
