    Fortune smiled upon me today at the gathering at the RUF Auto Centre, but it was a wry, crooked smile, and I won something for which I have very little use. I am now the proud owner of a case (6 quarts) of Mobil 1 15w-50. I get free oil changes for my car, so I decided to treat my wife's Pathfinder to some of the good stuff, but she reminded me that she also gets free oil changes. So I don't want to waste the stuff. I had some cash offers today, but it just didn't feel right.

    So I've decided to give you all something to think about this weekend. I would like to propose a trade. I'll trade my Mobil 1 for your ??????. You make the suggestions, and I'll deliver the oil to the person with the most creative offer.

    Or you can all just blow me off, and I'll keep the stuff around in hopes that I will eventually own another automobile worthy of some Mobil 1.

    I have a headlight assembly for an 83-85 Mercedes S-Class. It is in good condition & I imagine it'll bring good money on eBay. I just have no time to list it on eBay.

    I'll trade you cash for the oil, that is the exact oil I use in the Challenge during summer. I actually need some now too, well I need oil all the time. Anyway, I will trade you cold cash, warm if it has been in my pocket.

    Since you turned down my cash offer how about 1 1/2 cases of beer, 1 Heineken and 1/2 case of Coors Light

    We might be on to something here. Frances had suggested a oil/bar tab trade, and Hans (at RUF) might trade me for other items.

    If I trade it for cash, I don't get to keep it!
