Sorry no one has posted yet.

I am a newbie to working out but my personal trainer is a hard core Cross fit guru and will be competing (and will win) a place on a Canadian national team here next spring.

Combo of gymnastics and weights that provides the flexibility to excell at any physical activity is a better definition of fitness than a one event wonder IMO... Crossfit makes so much sense.

Much of the basics of form and core building that I have been working on the past 8 weeks comes from crossfit and I see HUGE changes in core stability and strength as well as 4" lost on my waste! I could become addicted...not bad for a 50+ guy with a track record of 30 years of sedentary life...The new me is very motivating...and the flirting women are kinda nice too!

Please post your impressions and experiences of Crossfit once you get going.

    Have fun!

I've been doing it for over 6 months. Absolutely love it... got me into the best shape of my life.

    Cheers.

I just started. It's been crazy so far. The hard part will be fitting Paleo in to it also. It's a big change diet-wise. But it's a great community/team feeling that you can't get from a gym.

Have done it. Not for me...it's too hard-core. Can you imagine doing that for the rest of your life? I can't, and I want to have fitness habits that last me for a long, long time. That said, it is an excellent workout and muscle-builder...just don't overdo it because it's very easy to hurt yourself.

Take some before and after pics, because you will be acquiring muscle!
