Current Ferrari news...
_____________________________________________________________ As Google translates it: Long portrait that Paris Match offers this week to us on Jean Todt , charismatic the owner of Ferrari, one will retain especially this: it made crack bright Michelle Yeoh ! Thunderbolt last June with Shanghai where they took part both in the inauguration of a new automobile concession, they quickly exchanged telephone calls, SMS then dinners in private conversation... until becoming inseparable. The Malayan actress, heroin of Tiger and dragon , were already fan of Michael Schumacher, it can from now on follow all the races of F1 since the beds! .
WOW. Shows what power and money can get you... she is gorgeous, and he is not a very attractive man - although perhaps he is very funny and charming. This is as crazy (or crazier) than Briatore and Heidi Klum.
I was at the June unvailing of 612 in Shanghai where both Jean Todt and Michelle Yeoh were indeed separately invited VIP guests. However I doubt the romance story. Shanghai track has been raced on. Asian Challenge series of Formula Renaults raced 2 rounds there during June. We will race there again as one of the support races during the F1 race weekend in September. If you like to see some pictures of the Shanghai track and a brief video of my FR races there you can check my web site at www.myferraris.net under the Shanghai Circuit page.
I recall that girl sitting in the MC12 with Berger and also with Ritchie Ren the pop star for pics but she did not want her picture with me!!
I think the real problem was that Mr. Collins was at the dinner with his wife, not the lack of money in his wallet.
judge4re: Don't know the young lady, but she is lucky to have a seat in the MC12. BTW I have just been notified that there is going to be an extra race weekend at the Shanghai track 9/11 to 9/12. Only Formula Renaults will run. Following F1 procedure of 1 lap pre-qualify and 1 lap qualify on 9/11. Then two 15 lap races on 9/12 using the full track. Apparently this is meant to be a final rehearsal and test for the track marshals, timing equipment etc.. As of today I know there will be 4 support races on F1 weekend. Formula Renault, Formula BMW, Porsche Cup, and another series unknown to me. It's going to be a great event. Regards, cwwhk
