I have taken over a friends build slot and the dealer is not being very helpful as I think he would prefer to give the slot to someone else. Anyway, I am hoping someone here has a full list of all the 'bits' that make up CRPK (Carbon fibre sport pack).
Question #2. Do I have to order the daytona seats (DAY1) and the full electric seats option (RSFE) as two seperate options, or is there an option that covers electric daytona seats. Ordered seperately they are a crazy price.

I don't believe you can have the carbon fibre racing package with Daytona seats - i think it only goes with the racing seats. I have attached a couple of pictures which show the carbon included in the package. All the carbon you see is included as I didn't option any other interior carbon. That's the strip along the dash between the nero and cuoio leather - the air vents, the paddles the driver zone, the steering wheel with LEDs and the centre console.

You can have the Daytona look on the racing seats........it ends up being an expensive option but it is avaliable nonetheless.

many threads and pics in 458 section outlining this.

CRPK has carbon steering wheel/LEDs, tach surround (driver zone), carbon dash inserts and carbon center tunnel.

You can ONLY order CRPK if you also order the Carbon Fiber Racing Seats. You can order the seats without CRPK, but not other way around. Both together are around $20K if i recall.

Daytonas and Full Electrics are separate options; you will need to select both options if that is what you want. Race seat is manual adjust only.

You can Extra Campionario Daytona-style inserts for the race seats.

FWIW this is all embedded in the configurator and options book, have your dealer take you though it (along with the color samples)

I thought you could order CRPK on its own and the racing seats on their own but if you ordered both together there was a saving ,thats how it was when I ordered my 2012

In NA, you can order each of the carbon pieces individually, but together as CRPK it's a hair less expensive. (would avoid calling it a "value package"...). That's the "savings".

rules may be different outside US, but inside NA CRPK requires (or, I was told it does) carbon seats. Frankly, they go together perfectly. Pricey but glad we spec'd ours that way.

You can not go for the CRPK without a full carbon interior which includes the carbon seats. You can order all the individual products of the pack or the racing seats as separate entities, but as Entropy has stated, the CRPK is a 'saving' option

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I would order the racing seats but i'm short (5'4") and I was worried the racing seats wouldn't be adjustable high enough for me. I really wanted the carbon fibre bits in CRPK so I may have to order all the individual items. My other option may be to order CIDL with the electric daytona seats. I would happy for any suggestions from most of you that know the 458 better than me.

I'm 5'6 and I have the racing seats. I have no problem with them.

I had Electric Daytonas and honestly, I like the racing better. So does my girlfriend she is the same height.

What you should do is try to see if the dealer has Scud in stock. They have the exact same seats. I was able to sit in a 458 with racing seats before ordering mine and that convinced me.

    I bought the CRPK package.

Get the race seats in medium. I love them.

Race seats have plenty of vertical adjustment, though you have to set it either at the shop, or in your garage, as it is a fixed height. My wife is 5'2'' and the higher setting worked. Since I'm taller, we set to a lower notch and had a custom seat pad made.

However, sit in all the seats and decide what you'd like best.

If you opt for "standard" daytona trim on standard seat, there are 2 power options. One for seat height, rake, etc. The other includes inflatable bladders and heat. Daytona plus full power costs more than racing seat option. Around 12k for daytona/full power and 9k for race seat. I had full power Daytonas and am 5'6''. Never was "locked" in to seat despite bladders. Very comfy, just lack of lateral support. Race seats will do better job and coming on my spider. Hope this just confuses you more!
