A pretty conservative turnout today, but regardless, here is the High-Definition video that my friend and I shot at CC today:
    http://www.hdinmotion.com.
You will see the link for both the HD version and the "low quality" (non-HD) version on the page. Due to the file size and quality, streaming does NOT work. Please right click and "Save As" to your computer. It should download as fast as your connection will allow. Reminder: no reg. required, totally free.

Description for today's video: "Crystal Cove - April 22, 2006.

Another modest turnout today, without anything truly special showing up.
However, the standard array of 360's, F430's, 911's, an F40, and even a Carrera GT kept a smile on our faces."

I want to add that Google's Adsense is our hope for paying the expensive hosting fees (considering the amount of transfer involved with files of this size). With that in mind, if an ad catches your interest, please feel free to give a click.

    Enjoy!

Gotta hand it to you. Love the way you capture the audio for each car so clearly. So many poor and mediocre videos out there but yours captures the right element.

There's a sticky at the top of the SoCal section with all of the details. Even has pics of the usual suspects so you can find us and say hi.

These videos are great for displaying my HD set for friends family etc. Can I burn these to DVD so I can play them on the plasma downstairs?

Thank you all for the great compliments. SilverF20C - you must like the same types of videos as we do. :)

ShowcaseC6 - Some DVD players can play WMV HD, which is what our videos are. If you have one, and if you have the software to burn a WMV HD file to DVD, then it should work for you and look unbelievable. However, most DVD can't do WMV HD, but some can do the regular WMV9 codec. In that case, just burn a couple of the movies to CD since they're 200 MB or so and you should be able to play them. It won't be in true HD, as the videos are when you watch them on your PC, but they will still look and sound great.

I'm glad you guys are enjoying the videos. I'll keep 'em coming.

    Elsupremo,

    Thanks for the videos!

The solution to get these played is an HTPC as well ;)

Works great and I can't wait to download more. Got me so interested, that I want to pick up an HD Camcorder but right now not impressed with the editing side of the house. PC's don't seem to have the processing power to handle the increased usage of resources. How long does it take you to edit a clip of 200 Mb (into WMVHD format) and how many minutes of video can you capture at your full resolution of 1440X1080?

    Thanks.
