Thanks! Dont worry, by the time you get out here the shows will be twice as good as this! Last shot! Dom pulling away in his beautiful GT4. This shot is my desktop now
That's the Deora II, built by Chip Foose. It's based on a Hotwheel. The car's construction was featured on a recend episode of "Rides". Great work, Jordan!
Thanks Willis, are you coming out to California any time soon? I think you would love Crystal Cove much more in person
Pic 49, that car is gorgeous. Where is this event? Excuse my ignorance, but I don't know where Crystal Cove is.
Jordan, I don't have any plans to go to southern California so far. I agree that Crystal Cove should be experienced in person for the full effect.
Not your imaginations, a lot of cars look like that in the photos for some reason. In person though, I never noticed a slightly off colored door so I think its just a problem with my camera. Rudy, the GT4 looked so much better in person but its a hard car to photograph well...especially when compacted into a parking space. That color suits it VERY well. Crystal Cove is in a big parking lot right off of PCH between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. The show is every Saturday from 7am-about 9:30. You should come check it out! Next week is supposed to be a really nice turnout.
That GT4 was a nice color. Also a lot of Lotus Esprits showed up after Jordan left - There must have been 8-10 of them. I missed Jim's red Dino - I was very tired & not quite all there. Aug - Jordan took a nice picture of my 328 - Photo # 34.
Thanks Jordan. Well up to your usual standard. Beautiful 330 GTC (silver) and Grifo. ...and that's the nicest 400i I've seen in a long time... John
Very nice pictures Jordan. I agree, the color does look really good on that GT4, despite any problems your camera may have
Hey, my name is brendon and I know what the hotwheels thing a majig is, it is a corporate project car made by mattel and hot wheels, it is called the "diora" or something like that , there was a show done on it on TLC, it was one of the first editions of Rides, i never got to see the finished car though it looks awesome. It started out as a cadillac deville with the limo package! Surprised huh?
Hey Jordan, great pics, as usual. Enjoyed meeting you last week, my first Crystal Cove trip. I have the green Lotus. A bunch of us made the trip on Jan. 31. Your pic #50 is one of ours--Steve, blue Esprit. Love the 330 pics. And the Daytona. And... Hoping to come up again from San Diego to CC and meet some F- Chatters! SD Dave
