OK so there weren't many cars this morning (see "lineup" c. 7:45AM as below) but the quality of the F-chatters in attendance was really outstanding.

Went over to FoOC for what would be the second in a series of "swapmeets" in name only - good toys in the showroom however including the rosso Monza 355GTS as shown. I likey.

    Cheers
    Kevin

Thanks for the pics Kevin! Would have loved to have gone this morning, but I couldn't. *cough*trafficschool*cough* :( At least I timed it well with the bad weather....

Glad to see Jon made it out - too bad it was a less-than-magical day for it though... You'll have to make a second CC appearance in good weather sometime....

Thanks for taking a few of my 993TT! Thanks for the compliment!

It's a 1996 with an Andial motor (about 570 HP).

BTW, it did not rain while we were at CC and the lot and streets were pretty dry. Actually a pretty nice morning. Just missing a few contestants!

What does the license plate on the C4S signify? Why different from the others?

That is a Olympic license plate and it is a random number. I got lucky to get number 31.

Everyone said there would be a big line getting into CC, not so bad. LOL. I love the area and will definitely make another trip. Kevin, thanks for guiding me down to CC, 100 miles in the rain, oh well.

You guys are awesome... showing up to CC in the rain. My hats off to you, I think that's really admirable. I hope you enjoyed the trip Jon, and I hope to see you at a (hopefully sunny) CC in the future!

Drove the Boxster S "THPEEDY" instead of the 348 - I don't mind the surface water but I just have a bad feeling that the soft top will leak in the rain.

    Cheers

Check out Chapman University, my school. They have a great film program and it is growing exponentially. Building a brand new, huge soundstage among other things. My brother is the top film guy in the department so if you have any questions, let me know and I can put you in contact with him. He knows his stuff...has won many awards...
