I would put it under so that it doesn't get torn up by rock chips.

 

Do not put it over the bra.

 

I had it under the bra on my first Stradale. In fact, I had the clear bra placed on top of the srtipe all the way to the back to protect it.

For appearance it's best to put the Stripe on top of the bra.
Even though the Stripe is only a few microns thick, if you put it underneath, the bra won't seal perfectly over the edges of the stripe, and because it's clear you will notice it.
If you put the Stripe on top, even if you did half, you only have a small transition edge from the bra to the hood and you won't see that because it's not clear.
In your case, if you are doing the whole front, it will come up perfect with the Stripe on top.
You will still get stone chipped, sooner or later the bra or the Stripe or both will have to be replaced.
We supply two complete hood segments, so that it is possible just to replace the Stripe only, or use it when you replace the bra.
Our Stripes have a high gloss clear finish which makes them indistinguishable from the clear gloss on your car and most of the better bra materials.
Talk to the people who are doing the bra and get them to fit the Stripe, they are the experts.
