    Hi,

    What alternatives do people use instead of Shell Spirax S5 ATE 75W-90 ?

    Redline website recommends -
    75W90 NS GL-5 Gear Oil

    Although it says - manual transaxle, assume this will be okay for a F1?

    Red Line Synthetic Oil - Gear Oil for Manual Transmissions - 75W90 NS GL-5 Gear Oil

    Anyone got any feedback from using this in their CS or 360?

    Any other brands recommended?

    Valvoline are recommending -
    VALVOLINE SynPower™ Gear Oil TDL SAE 75W-90

    redline is great oil,i use it for my f430 ,eng and diff fluid
