It's a carbon fiber veneer, which is how they do it. They did the same for the blue F40 as they wanted a carbon weave to show through the blue paint, which otherwise would not have if they simply put a layer of blue on top of the red.

Edit: Similar carbon veneers done for an Enzo and F50 with "exposed" carbon look, but I'm not sure who did those cars. It ends up adding weight of course lol.

the AD for the car says “full carbon fiber body conversion”. Nothing was “converted”

 

Hideous, and it collects dust.

 

That car photographs really well. I should go buy and compare Blu Med to TDF. Didn't think I'd like a blue car striped, but doesn't look bad.

 

Stickers/wraps are usually vinyl, carbon fiber is usually well, carbon fiber.

He just completed his radio delete conversion. Rear Speakers/woofer removal as well. He might have spoken to you briefly about that.

I never said it was a veneer. I'd be interested to see the people on here that are making claims that it's just a veneer or a sticker show their sources.

They don't give too many details on the process, but used the carbon overlay on the wheels for the Enzo. The topics already been covered in this thread. It’s not a “conversion”. It’s a sticker. The original aluminum body is there. Nothing was “converted”. It’s a sticker.

Why don’t you show us your sources that it’s a reengineered carbon fiber body. Do you know what a “unibody” is?

Yes . Phaff reserve is doing a few things , alignment, tires and few small things. Assume I’ll have mid nxt week. and thank you.. I knew driving it it would be more fun then scud or lambo Superleggria I traded. Feels way lighter sounds great. F1 box feels great to me way better then egear IMO. It feels like a 300k Cdn plus go kart.. so perfect. Lol
