ok I have 4 left, 3 are accounted for. That means there's one calendar still available, the coveted S/N 000020. Mint condition, has never seen rain or snow (but sorry, doesn't come with tool kit or car cover).

    Hey UConn,

With the printing of the calendar being limited in production to a series of 20 units which primarily depict street Ferraris I'm surprised that you didn't adopt the early Ferrari chasis numbering system. Assigning odd numbers only to the calendar would have you up to serial number 000039 already. Almost enough to achieve homologation by the Printers de Calendars Association Internationale. Then to add confusion, in about ten years you could revise the numbering system to assign even numbers on even years and odd numbers only on odd numbered years. Then to keep things interesting just revert back to the original numbering protocol.

My current plan is to enjoy my two calendars to the absolute fullest. Store them away for about 30 years and then list them on EBay (or whatever online site exists in 30 years). I need to begin documenting their ownership history immediately so that their authenticity and provenance will be unquestioned. The 355 will be on her sixth engine out service by then and I figure that sold together the copies of the 2009 edition will fetch the equivalent of that engine out service. Though I am concerned that in three decades time we'll probably see some 50-60 copies of the 2009 calendar for sale online and by then it'll be difficult to sort the originals from the reprints, rebuilds, recreations and restorations.

That's my plan - subject to revision as required. Just hope that we can still obtain petrol in 30 years or I won't be needing that engine out service afterall.

Great points Ed. I was lax in the calendar homologation rules and should've done the Enzo S/N trick. I'm doing the inverse of that with my birthdays...strategically removing years where no photographic evidence exists of a birthday to my reported age is lower.

Back on track...3 calendars left, all spoken for: icantdrv55 (Chris), traimpz348 (Matt), and PatricklM (Patrick) - I'll be in Rocky Hill tomorrow with calendars!
