Ok reading the letter this is not a trial date, rather it is a date where I can "discuss the the with a member of the office of the State's Attorney on that date. If the matter is not resolved at this court appearance, a future date for a court trial will be assigned." Does anyone know if I can call in and speak to an ADA and get a plea before the date? Anybody have any experience with this type of thing? Oh yah, it is in Rockville CT -- Superior Court. Thanks, -N
