CTEK Battery Tender

Have you tried Boardwalk? When I needed a tender for my Porsche, got it at the dealer. Likely not the cheapest option, but I had it in my hands within hours as they had them in stock. BF is open all week except Thanksgiving...T

 

If it is like the other CTEK/Ferrari chargers, the connector is proprietary, only available from Ferrari, or maybe from the original connector manufacturer if you can find out who that is.

Search a bit here for more info, but I think I remember some folks being displeased with the magnetic connector, don't remember the reason(s.)

If you want a Ferrari/CTEK that will connect direct to your battery with quick disconnect fittings, shoot me a PM, I can make whatever you need. I have done a lot of these for owners. I have OEM Ferrari chargers in stock for immediate modification and delivery.

I would go with what Alden is suggesting. I got an adapter for cteck to cali plug in the trunk. That way you can use any cteck charger (avail even at Home Depot) and it uses the oem socket , so you have warning on dash not to drive off, etc.

I tried to buy one. No luck. I found an adapter in UK.

You might need to order original Ferrari charger.

 

I connect my battery tender every time I park. Its fast and easy with this magnetic external connector. If you have a cali that takes the external connector, buy one.

 

Is this he round magnetic connect that connects under the trunk lip? Do you have adpters for CTEK or the Original Ferrari battery tender?

 

IIRC, some folks said the magnetic connector was easy to knock off, especially when using a car cover. Thread out there somewhere about the magnetic connector.

Not terribly relevant...but a Bentley CTEK charger works on Ferrari and vice versa.

 

I pretty much make whatever you need. I have original Ferrari chargers in stock and also CTEK chargers, adapters and other stuff.

I do not have the round magnetic connectors, but if you have one, I can adapt it to a new CTEK or an original Ferrari charger.

Shoot me a PM and we can talk. I have made some pretty esoteric stuff for owners, it is only limited by your imagination and (sometimes) parts availability.
